Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

 

Is it weird that I love drinking Apple Cider Vinegar? It might but you might be singing a different tune after you find out how many benefits there are to drinking it.
Jabir (May Allah be pleased with him) reported-the prophet asked for sauce and was told that there was nothing except vinegar. he asked for it and began to eat from it saying, “how excellent is vinegar when eaten as sauce: How excellent is vinegar when eaten as Udm (Muslim)
1. It keeps you full longer.
I can’t agree with this more. When I drink vinegar, I find that I don’t have as many cravings and I don’t want to snack during the day; it helps keep me satisfied. Try drinking a cup of vinegar before breakfast!
2. It gives you more energy.
Are you feeling sluggish or fatigued? Drinking a cup of vinegar with water gives you a natural boost of energy because of the acetic acid which helps the muscles turn carbs into energy. Try drinking a cup of water and vinegar before an intense workout!
3. It kills bad breath.
Do you suffer from bad breath? Apple cider vinegar might be your new best friend because it has anti-bacterial properties that can get rid of the microorganisms that cause bad breath.
4. It balances your pH level.
Vinegar is well known for balancing the body’s pH which stays in alkaline levels. People who eat more of an alkaline diet tend to have greater bone mineral density.
